Install in three steps

  1. Install. On Windows, the Microsoft Store installs and updates it for you. The direct installer may show a "Windows protected your PC" screen because it is not yet signed with a paid certificate: click More info, then Run anyway. On macOS, open the .dmg and drag SitStraight to Applications.
  2. Allow the camera if you want posture monitoring. Eye, water, mood and stand-up reminders work without it.
  3. Calibrate. Three quick poses teach the app your own posture range.

System requirements

  • Windows 10/11 (x64 or ARM64), macOS 11+ (Apple Silicon), or a modern glibc Linux
  • 4 GB RAM minimum
  • A webcam, only for posture monitoring
  • About 475 MB of disk space once installed

Privacy

Posture detection runs on your device. Camera frames are processed in memory and discarded; nothing is recorded or uploaded. Read the full privacy policy.
